We worked with the information given on the order. That included two addresses that YOU provided, both of which were invalid on Google maps and other location checkers.

Due to this, we asked you to clarify if we could ship to the address AS WRITTEN, and you CONFIRMED.

When you opened a complaint about a missed delivery, we informed FedEx and have yet to hear of a resolution from them. We are currently still working on your case, but our pace is limited by that of the FedEx investigation team.

Moreover, when communicating with you directly, we found out that the actual desired delivery location (via pin drop) was different then any information provided on the delivery order.

Given all information, its clear we went above and beyond to resolve this. We can't work with incorrect information, nor can we dicate 3rd party investigator's pace.
